Has anyone else had problems with their sensitivity in CS?
I recently took my my computer and hooked it up to another monitor/mouse/keyboard, etc...the works. And then when I brought it back home and hooked it back up to my own personal mouse I noticed my aim in CS was way off.
At first I attributed it to me being nervous as a result of finals week, but upon closer examination it seems my mouse sensitivity is a bit messed up.
It's hard to explain, but even if I take the sensitivity down low little movements cause my crosshair to move quickly and that just doesn't feel right.
*sigh* I downloaded logitech's drivers thinking they might fix it, but it still feels the same.
Anyway, anyone else ever have a problem like this? I'm considering reformatting and reinstalling windows.

Hmmm... sounds odd. Are you putting your mouse in the mouse slot or usb slot? Maybe one of those could help.

I know it sounds odd man. But its a mind thing. It happens to me all the time. I will unhook my mouse and put it back and I'm like "what happened?". My sensitivity is the same. My Acceleration is the same. Drivers are the same. But something does not feel quite right. I think its one of those mental fake outs man. You can say, "Oh Dereck M. is crazy.". But it has happened to me plenty of times. I can say that nothing changed but my confidence.
